- Send pro-Bowen letters to newspapers.
- Call independent voters at a phone bank or from your home (If you are willing to call outside your local area, let them know).
- Sign Debra Bowen's 10 point "Voter Bill of Rights" to restore confidence in California's voting system!
- Vote for Debra Bowen in Russ Feingold's Patriot Fund, which will give out $5,000 to the most important Secretary of State candidate.
- Host or Attend a House party to raise money and publicize her candidacy.

Election Night Monitoring
We will be monitoring the election results. We want you to help by printing the form and instructions at http://election-reform.org/monitor/close_of_polls.html, going to your polling place just before 8:00 pm, copy down the data on the form, and then go home and submit it over the web. This takes no training, and only 45 minutes, and will help make the election more secure.Sen. Bowen is the only elected official who publicly:
